Celebration of International Day of Yoga
JUNE 21, 2023
AUM members visited local yoga studios in honor of International Yoga Day and offered to present "What is Ayurveda?" to their members for FREE. A poster was created with the inspiration that Ayurveda is Yoga’s companion practice for finding balance off the mat. A 12 x 18 in sign was given to each studio, poster design shown below in 2 sections.
